Here you'll find a lot of answers to your photographic questions, and not a bunch of photographic "mumbo-jumbo"! In plain and simple English, I'll do my best to help you learn how to take better photographs, by letting you in on a few simple techniques I used in my career as a professional studio and location photographer.

You can very easily master enough of the basics, to improve your photography to the level where you want it to be, even though at times I know it can seem quite frustrating. Taking a good photograph is not rocket science and by learning a few tips, you'll be surprised at how much better your photography will be.

This website is aimed at the average person who wants to improve their photography, and it is not at all for the advanced amateur. We're going to concentrate on some very basic information here, to help the person who is interested in learning how to take a good photograph, and is not interested in knowing a bunch of stuff they don't need to know!
